Why We Exist
For years, Char treated health like a project to fix. She started strong, slipped back, and assumed the problem was discipline. A single insight — that the gospel already wipes the slate clean — changed everything. When the truth of the gospel transformed her perspective on food, exercise, and challenges, she experienced profound and enduring change. Live Wholehearted exists to help other women live in that freedom.
