You don’t have to rush this.
Many women who arrive here feel a quiet tension. They want to care for their bodies well. They want to be healthy. They want their habits to reflect their faith. But the paths they’ve tried often feel exhausting.
Strict plans. Endless willpower. Starting over again and again. Somewhere along the way, caring for the body stopped feeling like freedom and started feeling like pressure.
If that sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Live Wholehearted exists to offer a different way forward. A way of caring for your body that grows out of grace instead of guilt.
What Live Wholehearted Is
Live Wholehearted is a space where Christian women learn to care for their bodies through the lens of the gospel.
Many health messages today are built on pressure, comparison, and rigid rules. Over time, these approaches often lead to frustration, shame, or burnout.
Live Wholehearted offers a different path.
Here we nurture our bodies holistically — physically, spiritually, and emotionally — as an act of worship.
Instead of focusing on willpower or strict systems, we focus on:
- renewing our minds through the truth of the gospel
- cultivating small, sustainable habits
- practicing grace instead of guilt
- learning to listen to our bodies with wisdom and care
- walking alongside other women who understand the struggle
This journey is not about becoming perfect.
It is about learning to live faithfully in the bodies God has given us.
Our Mission
To support women in caring for their bodies as an act of worship:
- grounded in the gospel
- paced by grace
- shared with others who understand the struggle.
Why Women Begin This Journey
Many women arrive here after years of trying to change their health through discipline alone.
They’ve tried:
- strict diets
- rigid exercise routines
- pushing harder with willpower
- starting over when motivation fades
And yet something still feels unsettled.
Often the deeper struggle isn’t just about food, exercise, or routines. It’s about the beliefs shaping how we see our bodies.
Many women begin this journey because they want:
- freedom from guilt-driven health habits
- a faith-centered approach to caring for their bodies
- sustainable rhythms instead of constant restarting
- healing from shame or frustration around health
- encouragement from women walking the same path
They’re ready for something different. A way of caring for their bodies that grows out of grace rather than guilt. And a community where they don’t have to walk the journey alone.
You Don’t Need to Have It All Figured Out
You don’t need perfect discipline. You don’t need a brand-new plan. You don’t need to fix everything all at once. You only need a willingness to begin.
Transformation often starts with small, faithful steps taken over time. Grace pace makes room for that kind of growth.
